Review by hotel critic
My family and I recently stayed at the Donnafugata Relais, situated conveniently between the charming fishing villages of Punta Secca and Donnalucata. The welcoming atmosphere immediately embraced us as we arrived at this secure, gated property - perfect for our peace of mind and the safety of our rental car. What truly impressed us were the thoughtful amenities for families. Having a child under 5 years old, we appreciated the spacious layout of our apartment, complete with two bathrooms and even a laundry machine - making our stay both comfortable and convenient. The hotel's proximity to the beach, just a short stroll away, allowed us to enjoy the stunning coastline with ease. The outdoor patio was a favorite spot for our family to unwind after a day of exploring, providing a perfect setting for quality time together. The nearby restaurants, supermarket, and gelaterias further enhanced our experience, offering a taste of authentic Sicilian cuisine just a stone's throw away.Donnafugata Relais truly caters to families seeking a well-rounded experience, blending comfort, convenience, and a touch of local charm seamlessly. Our stay was memorable and we look forward to returning soon.
